We have followed Kim to the beach and traveled with her groups since 2014. Kim possesses a high level of professional knowledge of the travel industry and is a very well-respected travel agent. Kim is very thorough; she knows exactly what we want and never lets us down. Kim will often make useful suggestions to us based on her understanding of our preferences and needs. We have benefited from Kim’s attentive customer service – arranging private transfers for the group, private check in at the resort, travel treat bags to name a few. Or recognizing special occasions-honeymoon, baby moon, birthday, anniversary, even retirements. When travel issues have occurred, Kim deals with them and gets the issue resolved. In 2018 we were fortunate, that good friends, recommended The Kim Hartlen Travel Group to us. After our first trip to Sandals Emerald Bay we were hooked. Travelling with Kim is so pleasant and relaxing. She looks after all the reservations from plane schedules, accommodations, transfers. When there is a problem, which do occur, mostly with the airlines changing/cancelling flights or the type of aircraft which changes seating, Kim looks after it all and always with a smile on her face. We just show up and follow her lead. We have travelled with her to many wonderful destinations and have experienced much that the world has to offer. Oh then, there are always the little surprise treats, special events and dinners that she arranges for her Group. Travelling with Kim makes you feel like one of the family!

Yes, I can arrange private transportation for your group, including roundtrip airport transfers, shuttles to events, and tours. This is usually an added cost, but well worth it.

Many travel suppliers offer flexible payment plans for group bookings, allowing guests to pay in installments rather than a lump sum. I’m here to discuss all possible options with you.

Cancellation policies vary by provider and booking terms. Generally, there may be penalties or fees for cancellations, and the remaining group members might need to cover the cost difference. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations.

While group rates cover many costs, there may be additional fees for specific services or activities. I charge a travel management fee of $115 plus tax, per person, which covers the significant amount of planning that goes into organizing your trip.
