    What made our river cruise more special was our exceptional travel agent, Kim Hartlen, who booked everything and was our incredible host throughout the trip.

    Kim made our bookings including required changes to our return flights and a hotel in Toronto. Throughout the cruise she was in continuous contact to ensure we were not in need of any assistance and that we were solely focused on  enjoying ourselves. She left flowers in the room upon our arrival, organized a cocktail reception for our group and set up a WhatsApp site so we could communicate with each other and be kept informed about happenings on the tour.

    I have used Kim for several trips… it does not matter which Sandals location she chooses, she provides top notch professional service from start to finish and makes everyone feel like family. She provides all the information required to make it a very pleasurable holiday. I have been on at least 12 vacations packages with her and have never had a problem or bad experience. It’s not difficult to recognize that she is a very experienced travel agent. I have had the pleasure of seeing it for myself she is highly recognize by the management staff on property and employees.   • 2023 Travel

    Kim provides excellent customer service from the moment you get in touch with her and until after you arrive home. Kim is very professional, knowledgeable and goes over and above to make your trip memorable. In early November 2022, we were travelling to Sandals Grenada from Halifax -Toronto-Grenada. Our Halifax flight departed on time but was diverted to Montreal, missing our connecting flight Toronto to Grenada. Kim was very proactive, looked up availability on flight options (seat availability, etc.) and room availability at Sandals Grenada. With this information, provided by Kim, Air Canada was able to rebook us to Miami and get us to our final destination only one day late. We believe that Kim saved our vacation. Kim demonstrated a complete commitment to us and our travel experience.
